Sysadmin cookbook
How a small FreeBSD server is actually configured, service by service, with the working files rather than a description of them. Mail, DNS, LDAP, databases, filesystems: about fifty pages, and the values you have to change for your own machine are marked.
Software
Seventeen projects, published and mostly finished: a ZFS oriented snapshot tool, a FreeBSD driver for the DW1000 ultra-wideband radio, a GTFS timetable database, a DNS checker. Each entry carries its licence, its language and where the code lives.
ZFS
A four-hour lecture and a three-hour practical on filesystems and ZFS: the handout, the exercise sheet and the virtual machines the exercises run on. The material is in French.
